COSEAs meeting provide updated information on a variety of topics for special education administrators such as the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), IDEA requirements, funding, 3-Tier prevention and intervention framework, on-site monitoring reviews, etc. and provide a forum to discuss the implementation of federal and state laws and regulations.
